The Golden Bee is an incredibly magical place! My boyfriend and I spent a week in Panoromantica, the third floor. The space itself is beautiful, the ceiling is incredible and the giant patio is perfect for dining and relaxing. The house is about a 10/15 minute walk into the center of town. It's a gorgeous scenic walk to the bottom. katie USA

There are sweet pieces in the kitchen gathered from all over Mexico to enjoy, Separate WC and walk in shower with long bench.
We love the light in this penthouse studio suite. The kitchen pantry also has a microwave, lots of cook ware and extra linens.

What is so special about this space is the two private separate out door seating areas. Sara made these table for your teatime.
Above is the view up towards Valenciana. We designed this special glass pyramid so you can view the night sky from the bed.
The ground floor garden is open for a place to gather. We hope you make some lifetime friends.
The Golden Bee is made of an eco insulated panel system so it's quieter then brick and the room stays cooler or warmer than concrete. The doors, windows and gates are all made of steel so you can lock things up for security but still have light and fresh air. Check-in time is between 3pm and 9pm, no late check- ins please. Check-out time is by noon (12pm) the day of departure. Please be mindful when you make your travel reservations so that you arrive and leave at reasonable hours. Thank you so much.

THE KITCHEN INCLUDES:
• Filtered Drinking Water from the Kitchen Sink Only ( please take water from here to your bathroom for brushing teeth)
• Stove with Oven
• Microwave
• Refrigerator

• Fry Pans
• Sauce Pans/ Baking Pans and Dishes
• Strainers, Grater, Salad Spinner
• Cleaning Products
• Plates, Bowels, Cups, Glasses and Serving Platters collected through out our travels in Mexico.
The Golden Bee is about a 15 minute walk to the down town. You head straight out the door and down the hill, veer to the left and through a tunnel--- then you are in the centro. A taxi ride back up is about 35 -45 pesos. There are also buses that go directly up and will drop you off right in front of the house.
The Golden Bee is located on the city bus line, just step outside and walk 15 feet to the bus stop. There are large buses and small buses. The smaller buses go down Barrio Nuevo and the large buses go along the Panoramic and stay more on major roads into the centro.
If you are driving a car or RV there is a gated parking lot one block away with a 24 hour security guard. The prices have changed so please let Silvia know you are staying at the Golden Bee and for how long, please pay her when you arrive. She is still the best priced place to park your car.
The washing machine is on the 3rd floor so we encourage the 2nd and 1st Floor to ask when it is a good time to do some laundry. We ask that everyone leave 30ps a load. This goes back into buying laundry soap and other house hold cleaning supplies.
